PRIVACY POLICY

 

  1. This Privacy Policy defines processing of personal data acquired through the online shop www.lnianyzaulek.com (hereinafter referred to as "Online Shop”.

 

  1. The shop owner and the data controller is at the same time Waldemar Patejuk running a business under the company name TEX-LEN PLUS Waldemar Patejuk based in Żyrardów (96-300) at: ul. Lniany Zaułek 3A, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity kept by the Minister of Development, NIP (tax identification number): 838-000-38-29, REGON (Business statistical number): 017211436, hereinafter referred to as TEX-LEN.


 

  1. TEX-LEN takes special care to respect privacy of Customers visiting the Online Shop.

 

§ 1 How do we collect data?

 

  1. TEX-LEN collects information about individuals who perform a legal act not directly related to their business, individuals carrying out, on their own behalf, economic or professional activity as well as individuals representing legal persons or organizational units with no legal status which the law grants legal capacity running, on their own behalf, economic or professional activity, hereinafter collectively referred to as Customers.

 

  1. Customers’ personal data are collected in the following cases:

  1. registration of an account in the Online Shop;

  2. making orders in the Online Shop;

  3. subscribing the newsletter.

 

  1. In the case of registration of an account in the Online Shop, the Customer shall provide:

  1. email address;

  2. address details:

  • postal code and city;

  • country (state),

  • street with home and flat number;

  1. first name and surname;

  2. telephone number.

 

  1. When registering an account in the Online Shop, the customer establishes an individual password for his/her account. The customer may change the password at a later time, as described in §4.

 

  1. In the case of making an order in the Online Shop, the Customer provides the following information:

  1. email address;

  2. address details:

  1. postal code and city;

  2. country (state);

  3. street with house and flat number.

  1. first name and surname;

  2. telephone number.

 

  1. For entrepreneurs, the above data range is extended by:

  1. the entrepreneur's company name;

  2. VAT (NIP) number.

 

  1. If you use the Newsletter service, you only provide your email address.

 

  1. Additional information may be collected when using the Shop Web Sites, in particular: the IP address assigned to the Customer’s computer or the IP address of the ISP, the domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system.

 

  1. It may also be possible to collect from the Customer navigation data, including links to which they choose to click or other actions taken in our Online Shop.

 

§ 2 How do we use collected data?

 

  1. If you register your account in the Online Shop, the Customer’s data are used to create and manage your individual account.

 

  1. In the case of making a purchase in the Online Shop, the personal data may be transferred, depending on the choice of the Customer, to the following entities to deliver the ordered goods:

  1. courier company;

  2. InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o. based in Cracow, providing delivery services and handling of mailbox systems (paczkomaty).

 

  1. If the Customer chooses to pay via the Przelewy24.pl system, their personal data shall be transferred to the extent necessary for the payment to PayPro S.A. Agent Rozliczeniowy with its registered office in Poznań (60-327 Poznań, ul. Kanclerska 15) entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, VAT number 7792369887, REGON 301345068.

 

  1. In the event that the Customer chooses to pay through the polcard.pl system, their personal data shall be transferred to the extent necessary for payment to First Data Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-807 Warszawa, Al. Jerozolimskie 92), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000061293.


 

  1. Navigation data can be used to provide Customers with better service, statistical analysis and customization of the Online Shop to the preferences of its customers, as well as the administration of the Online Shop.


 

  1. If the customer subscribes to the newsletter, TEX-LEN will send to their e-mail address electronic messages containing marketing information about promotions and new products available in the Online Shop.


 

§ 3 Cookie mechanism, IP address

 

  1. The Online Shop uses small files, called cookies. They are saved by TEX-LEN at the terminal of the visitor to the Online Shop if the web browser allows it. The cookie file usually includes the domain name from which it originated, its "expiration time" and an individual, randomly selected number identifying the file. The information collected by these files helps to adapt the TEX-LEN offer to individual preferences and real needs of visitors to the Online Shop. It also gives the opportunity to generate general statistics of visits to the products presented in the Online Shop.

 

  1. TEX-LEN uses two types of cookies:

  1. session cookies: after a browser session ends or the computer is switched off, the saved information is erased from the device memory. Session cookie mechanism does not allow to download any personal data or any confidential information from the customer’s computer.

  2. persistent cookies: they are stored in the Customer's terminal and remain there until they are deleted or expired. The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow to download any personal data or any confidential information from the customer’s computer.

 

 

  1. TEX-LEN uses its own cookies in order to:

  1. authenticate the Customer in the Online Shop and accept the Customer’s session in the Online Shop (after login), thanks to which the Customer does not need to enter the login and password on every page of the Online Shop;

  2. analyze and survey and audit visits, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help understand how customers use the Shop Website which allows to improve its structure and content.

 

  1. TEX-LEN uses external cookies in order to:

  1. Present, on the Shop's information pages, maps showing the location of the TEX-LEN office, using the Internet service: maps.google.com (external cookies administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA);

  2. collect general and anonymous statistic data via analytic tool Google Analytics (external cookies administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA);

  3. present the Certificate of Reliable Regulations on the Internet site rzetelnyregulamin.pl (external cookies administrator: Rzetelna Grupa sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw).

 

  1. The mechanism of cookies is safe for the online shoppers’ computers. In particular it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get into the Customers’ computers. However, in their browsers, the Customers have the opportunity to restrict or disable cookies access to their computers. If you use this option, the use the Online Shop will be possible, apart from functions that, by its nature, require cookies.

  2. Microsoft EDGE browser;

  3. Mozilla Firefox browser;

  4. Chrome browser;

  5. Safari browser;

  1. TEX-LEN can collect Customers’ IPs. IP address is a number assigned to a computer of a visitor to the Online Shop by an Internet Service Provider. The IP number gives access to the Internet. In most cases, it is assigned to the computer dynamically, i.e. it changes every time it is connected to the Internet and is therefore commonly treated as non-personalized identifying information. The IP address is used by TEX-LEN for diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating statistical analyzes (for example, determining from which regions we record the most visits) as information useful for administering and improving the Online Shop, as well as for security purposes and possible identification of burdening servers, unwanted automated programs viewing the Online Shop content.

 

  1. Online Shop contains links to other websites. TEX-LEN is not responsible for the privacy practices applicable to them.

 

§ 4 Access to the data and their security

 

  1. Personal data collected by TEX-LEN through the Online Shop are processed in accordance with the Act of 29th August, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2016.922).

 

  1. Only authorized employees of TEX-LEN have access to personal data of the Customers collected via the Online Shop.


 

  1. Customers’ personal information may be transferred to other entities by law or upon a consent expressed by the Customer. The list of entities referred to in the preceding sentence is indicated in the paragraph "How do we use the collected data?".


 

  1. TEX-LEN provides customers who have an account, with an uninterrupted access to their personal information and the ability to modify it anytime. Access and modification of personal data is possible after logging into your online store account.


 

  1. Any Customer has the ability to remove their personal data from the database. TEX-LEN may refuse to delete the Customer’s data if they have violated the rules of the Online Shop and the data are needed to clarify these circumstances and determine responsibility, and in particular putting by TEX-LEN claims against the Customer.


 

  1. When subscribed to an information newsletter, the Customer has the ability to delete their email address from the mailing list.


 

  1. In the event that a customer with an account in the Shop has lost the password, the shop enables to generate a new one. TEX-LEN does not send a password reminder. Password is stored in a database in encrypted form, in a way making it impossible to read it. To generate a new one please enter your e-mail address in the form available under the link "Przypomnij hasło (Remind password)" provided at the account login form to the shop. The new password will be automatically sent to the e-mail address entered during the registration or saved during the last change of the account profile.


 

  1. TEX-LEN never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence, asking for login data and in particular for a password to access the Customer's account.


 

§ 5 Changes to Privacy Policy.

 

  1. The Privacy Policy may change, about which TEX-LEN shall inform Customers 7 days in advance.
